Terms & Conditions – [Perrrfect Manicure]

1. Appointments & Booking

All appointments must be booked in advance and via the website.

Appointments will be confirmed via email.

2. Cancellations & No-Shows

Please give at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations.

No-shows will be charged 100% of the treatment cost.

3. Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time. Clients arriving more than [10/15] minutes late may need to reschedule and will be charged as a missed appointment.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are not offered for treatments once completed. If you experience any issues, please contact me within 48 hours so I can assess and rectify.

5. Aftercare

Aftercare advice will be provided after each treatment. Failure to follow aftercare instructions may result in reduced durability, for which I am not responsible.

6. Health & Safety

Please inform me of any allergies, medical conditions, or infections prior to your treatment.

If you arrive with any contagious conditions (e.g. fungal infections), I reserve the right to refuse treatment.

7. Children & Guests

To maintain a relaxing environment and for safety reasons, please attend your appointment alone unless agreed beforehand.

8. Photography & Social Media

I may take photos of your nails for social media and portfolio purposes. If you prefer not to have your images used, please let me know.

9. Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice. Quoted prices at booking will be honoured.

10. Payments

I accept payments via [cash, bank transfer, etc.]. Full payment is required at the end of each appointment.
